The small print, in plain words
What counts as a video?
One that someone has recorded, approved and sent to you. Recordings that are abandoned or never sent don't count. Deleting a video afterwards doesn't give the place back.
What happens at the limit?
We email you when you're close and again when you reach it. Your recording links then stop accepting videos until your allowance resets a month after it last did, or you move to a larger plan. Nothing you've received is affected.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The demo takes you through every step with your own camera: creating a link, recording as your customer would, and seeing the video arrive. Nothing is uploaded and you don't need an account.
Are my videos watermarked?
No, on any plan. The video you receive is the file your customer recorded, with nothing added to it. On Starter, a small “Powered by ClipStation” badge sits under the recorder your customer uses. Pro removes it.
Can I change or cancel?
At any time, from your account. Moving up takes effect immediately; moving down credits what you haven't used. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is tax included?
No. Prices are in pounds and shown without tax. In the UK that's VAT, added at checkout and shown on your invoice. Anywhere else, checkout adds whatever tax is due where you are.
Is it available outside the UK?
Yes, almost anywhere. Checkout can show the price in your own currency.
Who takes the payment?
Stripe, on our behalf. They're the seller on your receipt, so their name appears on it and on your card statement next to ours. Your account and your videos stay with us.
