For teams
Send your team one link. Each person records a short update when it suits them, on a phone or a computer, and you watch them when it suits you.
Have a go with your own camera in the demo. Nothing is uploaded. Sign-up opens soon.

The usual trouble
Eight people in a half-hour meeting is four hours of work, and each of them is talking for only a few minutes of it.
When a team is spread across places, shifts or time zones, any slot is early for someone and late for someone else.
A paragraph can tell you a job is finished. It can't show you the thing, or how the person feels about it.
How it works
Ask the two or three things you'd ask in the meeting, and set a time limit so every update is the same length.
Pin it where your team talks. Each person opens it when they're ready and records on a phone or computer, with nothing to install.
We email you as updates arrive. Watch them in your dashboard, one after another, when you have a gap.
What to ask
Use the same prompt each time. People get quicker at answering it, and you can compare one week with the next.
This is what goes into a link: a title, and what you'd like them to say. Change the words to sound like you.
Settings
You make these choices for each link. Here is where we'd start.
On their side
A video of someone's face and voice is about as personal as data gets, so we're careful with it at every step.
Good to know
Videos arrive privately in your dashboard. Your team can't see each other's there, so download and share any that everyone should watch.
There are no replies, threads or reactions in ClipStation. It collects the updates, and the talking carries on wherever your team already talks.
Each update counts towards your monthly allowance: 5 on Starter and 25 on Pro. Five people sending one a week is about 20 a month.
Updates are deleted automatically, after 30 days on Starter and 90 on Pro. Download any you want to keep.
Which plan
5 videos a month and one active link, which suits a monthly round-up from a small team.
25 videos a month and 5 active links, which covers a weekly update from a team of five.
You can change plan or cancel at any time. See everything each plan includes

The demo takes you through it with your own camera: writing the request, recording as someone on your team would, and watching the video arrive. Nothing is uploaded and you don't need an account.
We use Google Analytics cookies to see how people find and use this site, so we can improve it. Nothing about the videos people record is shared. More detail.
