Essential cookies

These are needed for the site to function and are always set. They don't require permission, and there is no way to switch them off while using an account.

authjs.session-token

Keeps you signed in. Set only after you use a sign-in link. Removed when you sign out.

authjs.csrf-token

Protects sign-in forms against cross-site request forgery.

clipstation.consent

Remembers the choice you make below, so you aren't asked again. Holds only the words “granted” or “denied”. Six months.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site. It sets cookies in your browser and sends usage data to Google, who act as a processor for us.

You can turn this off below, permanently. If you do, no Google script is requested at all — the site's content security policy refuses it, rather than merely not asking for it.

Analytics runs only on the public pages of this site: the home page, the demo and this page. It is never loaded on a recording link, on the sign-in page or anywhere in the dashboard — the site's content security policy refuses it there. So a recording link is never shared with Google, and neither is anything about the recordings themselves.
